10 WEEK PROGRAM 2x/week
Your daughter will feel the positive effects of this Winter Training Program all-level camp geared towards being ‘try-out ready’ in March!
Workouts are customized specifically towards a growing girl’s body and designed to help avoid common injuries in young adult females.
Flexibility, Speed Development, Core Strength, Agility, Preventative/Corrective Exercises designed to make her stronger, faster, more coordinated & versatile athlete! Emphasis on but not limited to improving her VO2max, Hydration & Nutrition timing during practices, games and teaching a positive body image/mindset ONLY!

January 10th - March 16th
Monday/Wednesday 3:30-4:30pm
PRICE:
$425.40 ($400 +tax) for 10 weeks

10 Week Program Includes (but not limited to):
One private virtual or phone session with family to discuss injury/medical history with individual goal setting. (Optional body fat % measurements in person)
Baseline testing:
1 mile run (timed)
Posture/balance analysis
Core strength
Body weight strength assessment
Complimentary T-shirt
**As weather permits, the coaches will take the groups outside to work on stick skill drills, trail running, etc.
